Drawing The Line

I said my 11th day of CNY was ruined, remember? Better clear it, nothing bad happened to me in the company, my COO did not scold me nor cane me lar. I burst out in tears in front of him coz some of the sincere things that he did/said. I was so touched. I felt appreciated. Plus the fact that I wouldn’t have more chances to learn further from him anymore hit me real hard at that point of time. We’re like a boss and staff when it comes to work related discussion ; like a father and daughter when he advises me about life, and sharing with me his experience and wisdom ; like frens when we talk about things frens would talk about. If you’re wondering, he actually was not my supervisor, not even my manager. He is my manager’s manager. Anyway, this fella taught me a lot in juz 6 months, spent hours to guide and lecture me, showed me the person I really am just by assigning me projects, one of it by putting me in the lead (unbelievable huh and that's the most treasured and precious 'present' he has given to me) and everything. I am so grateful to have met him. I guess we’d still keep in touch.

Now that he has resigned from the organization, the old management probably may not/will not realize what they have juz missed. A real talent to lift the company up and make the company’s vision a reality. That’s the faith I hold. He IS indeed able to. Too bad he doesn’t have the chance to realize this vision here. Ironically, eventhough I really berat hati of his resignation, but at the same time, I supported him with his decision to leave for that no1 position elsewhere. I mean this is what a real talent like him really deserves!

As for my previous entry…well probably I still have not really learned how to deal with office politics. Else I wont feel so bloody pissed off with it, dun u think so?

I’m learning not to let it bother me anymore. I am really forcing myself to learn. I need to keep reminding myself that they are nothing more than working colleagues. Colleague and only colleague, maybe less….but never more. I used to treat everybody in my life as frens, until I found out that some so-called frens can be so “……” (lost of words to describe) and do not deserve to be called 'frens' anymore.

Now I know where to draw the line…at least!

Btw, I have done SWOT analysis for myself and I know what my weaknesses are. Those are the traits I choose to overcome...slowly. I wanna walk out from all these nonsense A WINNER, not a loser who does not realize at all what is right or wrong :)

100 Celcius
Has anybody ever heard me scolding ppl using the word like 'biatch' before? Or even the properly spelled 'fuck' no matter how angry i was?? Never. But now you do.

B**tch(s)!!!! What the hell is your f*cking problem????

Edited: Back to normal temperature adi. That's why you see ** instead of the actual word. If you missed it, too bad :)

Farewell
See you again…my beloved COO. Left is not the COO, not the Head of Group, not the Head Of Department, instead my own acting ‘immediate superior’, my mentor, my idol. I really really thank him for giving me the gift of a life time. I dun wanna give up any hope to work with him again in the future. I wish him success!

Not in the mood for blogging, not sad, juz depress.
